I bought a pair of Fossil sunglasses about a year ago and have since then forgotten whether or not they had a sticker on them indicating if they offer UV protection. Is there a way to look at the lens and tell if they have the coating to do so? Are Fossil’s generally good quality sunglasses (picked these up at the Fossil store at the DFW airport)? What would brand would you recommend that offers protection without costing an arm and leg?

ideo Productions presents this home-made music video for Corey Hart’s 1983 hit, “Sunglasses At Night (Extended) - from his debut album, “First Offense”. Music property of Aquarius and EMI records. Following the fun and success me and Riley had from our “Livin’ On The Edge” home-made music video project released a couple months ago, we decided to create another one… but we needed a concept and sound that was different from out last project. We decided to take the sound from the 90’s to the 80’s - and our setting from day to night, from nature to industry. Sunglasses At Night was such an awesomely 80’s song - it had to be done. **Information about the re-release: After we had created and posted the original video (www.youtube.com I discovered that a longer, five-minute version of the track existed, complete with a rocking guitar solo. It would be some time before I had free time to go back and re-edit the video to the extended track, and when I finally did, it was clear to me that we would need to shoot some new footage with Riley playing his guitar. While going back to the original project, I ended adjusting *every* shot in the video so that the color-temperatures and video levels were consistent throughout, maintaining that classic 80’s overblown VHS Tape look. I did a fair amount of re-editing actually, changing shots from the original version to alternate takes I had somehow missed the first time around, or extended the effects of other existing shots. Overall, I

Army Aviator asked:

I am planning on picking up some new sunglasses because the cheap crap I pick up at Wal-Mart break after 3 or 4 days.

I want to buy a pair of Polarized Half Jacket’s (XLJ)

My only question to you fellow aviators who have tons of more experience is.. are polarized lenses good while flying?

To clarify anything, I live in South Florida, and the sun down here is brutal.

Thanks,
Kevin
Half Jacket XLJ’s are Oakley’s

Sunny Glassco asked:

Over the years, sunglasses symbolize the style quotient for people aspiring to make a statement through the apparels they wear. However, observing the trends during the recent years, it can be safely concluded that sunglass fashion changes more frequently than the minds of the people. In other words, the latest fashion starts waning within a few days of its launch. Reason? The fashionistas are innovating and experimenting with new designs of sunglasses at an alarming speed. Thus, the sunglass that you’ve bought today may not last, fashion-wise, for more than a few weeks. Thus, a need for all-season sunglasses can never be overemphasized.

Latest Gucci sunglasses, however, have that style, which can last for years. You don’t have to look for a new pair of sunglasses every 3 months. Just buy one of the cheap replica Gucci sunglasses and relax for at least a year.

Another major consideration that could keep the fashion conscious interested in designer inspired Gucci sunglasses instead of the authentic ones is the price that could be 10-15 times lower. Moreover, if you are looking to buy authentic Gucci sunglasses for every season, the amount of extra dollars you will be spending is anyone’s guess.

The question that arises is why should you even consider buying expensive designer sunglasses? When cheap discount Gucci sunglasses are available in same quality, style and fractional prices? Though these sunnies are imitation Gucci, yet they carry the same sex appeal as Tom Cruise oozes while wearing the famous Gucci 1873 aviator style sunshades.

Available in rimmed, semi-rimmed, and rimless models, inspire by Gucci sunglasses is an obvious choice for those looking to appear trendy without spending too much and without bothering about the seasons.

These replicas are equally durable, if not more, as the authentic ones. In other words, the imitation Gucci sunglasses are exact copies of the authentic designer sunglasses but with an enviable price tag that is one-twelfth of the original’s cost. Moreover, to top it all, these choicest replicas will serve you season after season without compromising on your style quotient in the peer circle. The best approach is to buy 2-3 replica Gucci sunglasses and wear them alternatively so that you appear in sync with the latest fashion trends.
