Jennifer C asked:

When I first bought my sunglasses (from my school student store), it had a “polarized” sticker on it. I tested them to see if they were polarized by putting them on and looking at my laptop’s LCD screen. When i tilted my head, the screen turned black, so i know these sunglasses must be polarzed.

My question is, how in the world can my sunglasses be polarzed when I purchased them for only $20-$30? Do you think it’s because the quality of polarization is not very good?

Thanks.

For the brand name when you are usually paying for the polarization process does not cost very much to perform on lenses you.

compare that $20 dollar pair to a $150 dollar pair and see if you can tell a difference.
