Is there anything I can use to remove scratches from my expensive sunglasses or my iphone screen?

I drop my phone way to much and I dont like the cases you put them in. I think they make the phone look less attractive. Also I put alot of scratches on my new dolce n gobanna sunglasses partying to hard with them during a pool party.

    The entire glass screen to even the entire glass scratch remover.
