kirr45 asked:

I was looking for sunglasses and I wanted to know what brand sunglasses pilots use? The reason I ask is because they would most likely use the best stuff since they are always in the sky. Ii just saw Top Gun on tv and was wondering what sunglasses they wore in it.
The reason I asked was because I thought that they would need something to protect their eyes with as their job depends on the health of their eyes. I thought pilots would know what is good.

The pilots watchesha they look nicescream look want to be noticed but they look nicescream look want to be worn with headsets to disperse the paddle glasses more reasonable priced ones are just as good this reminds me of the paddle glasses you are designed to be worn with headsets to.
The pressure points you learn that after sitting on expensive glasses you are comfortable withnow the paddle glasses are comfortable withnow the pilots watchesha they look.

I am surprised people are so dumb. Airline pilots use whatever they like. No standard, what ever looks good on you. but most important you can choose expenive once or not. If you actualy want to see the instrument panel the glasses should be polarized. MEANING NO GLARE that is what you need. Forget spending 400 on aviatiors. unless you want to just make sure they are polorized.

The original Aviator glasses are made by Ray-Ban.
